 Holy Cow! Lots of Children!
Holy Cow is a children’s ministry that happens during our 10:45 am. Worship service. Holy Cow is a puppet given life by Gwen Weiser.
We are thrilled to have over 50 children coming forward at times for our children services. It does tend to make worship “lively” until after the children’s sermon, but our children, and their families, do feel comfortable and welcome in worship.
We have enjoyed being able to give out gifts on Christmas Eve and on Easter Sunday. It is amazing how many children come forward on those special days. We have given out, holy cow beanie babies, hand puppets, pens and flowers each Easter.
Holy Cow leads the children and adults in singing, even though it is to “her” own tune, or tuning, as the case may be. But it is a chance for us to spend some time with the smaller members of our congregation.
